What’s This taste Like?

Mary Training: I think I’m going to do a longish run tomorrow morning, so I decided to take today as a rest day. I did some strength moves on my own and used the ottoman as a stepper while watching Ruby ?

I have been loving smoothies lately and today I made another one for breakfast. I add xantham gum and it really makes them thicker. but today my smoothie didn’t taste like anything?!

It had blubes, banana, ice, 1/2 scoop protein powder, xanthan powder, tons of ice and water. I think I should have used soy milk instead of water or added a sweetener. Boo.

I also had a bagel with PB.  Hmm, looking at that picture it’s apparent I really glop on that PB and J! I am also totally digging bagels lately. My current obsessions are simple, but  make me happy ?

I just finished up packing all my gifts and clothes to take to California! I’m very excited to see my family and grass  (instead of the snow). I’m not sure the plan of events besides lots of good food and company!

A year ago today I wrote about running in the rain and how cold it was in California! now I’m so looking forward to getting back to that weather!!

Now I need to try and get my suitcase closed… See ya later!!
